This has been my go-to pet store after purchasing my cat 4 years ago. I go back here for the members discount but I keep going back due to the service. I big shout out to Maja especially. She has served me multiple times over the years. Her friendly, thoughtful and helpful service has always been a joy. She even sold us our second kitty. She always asks how the cats are doing. She is lovely and always a joy to talk to

Despite the ridiculously high fuel prices, I’ve decided to travel the 35 kilometre trip yesterday to see one of the Cat Haven cats in store. I’m pleased to say I wasn’t disappointed. Staff were both prompt and professional, answered all my questions and appeared to genuinely care for the animal I wanted to adopt, whom they have nicknamed “Lois The Queen”:) In fact, from reading her adoption notes I could tell how spoiled she was while In their care, and how many cuddles she’s received.
