Despite the ridiculously high fuel prices, I’ve decided to travel the 35 kilometre trip yesterday to see one of the Cat Haven cats in store. I’m pleased to say I wasn’t disappointed. Staff were both prompt and professional, answered all my questions and appeared to genuinely care for the animal I wanted to adopt, whom they have nicknamed “Lois The Queen”:) In fact, from reading her adoption notes I could tell how spoiled she was while In their care, and how many cuddles she’s received. ZERO STARS! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO interest in ever returning to Petbarn store again. I am so tired of massive conglomerate nationwide companies buying up every industry competitor within Australia. And our government allowing them to do so.
