The best place to find goodies for your furry babies
The bath is pay after. Which is not clearly signed, outside so by the time you get your dogs in its too late. There is no conditioner option which is really annoying and we washed a Pomeranian (long hair + wet hair = knots) !!!! It was an emergency pit stop as the dogs had all rolled in something and we ended up having to buy products. All four staff were standing behind the counter glaring at us. I needed to return some unopened products i no longer use for my cat. There was no issue and the staff were very pleasant about it. They were also extremely helpful in finding an alternative product that suited her. The staff at the store were all lovely and I could not have received better service. The store was very clean and well set out, found exactly what I was looking for, I didn't need to go searching for it.
