I like it but their policies need changing and to better serve the customer.
I always find Petbarn staff extremely helpful. Im a first time pup owner and its overwhelming at times. So many products to choose from and much advice. Staff take this on board and assist and simplify. Even the lovely gentleman on Customer Care was helpful when I struggled to change my Repeat Delivery setup. I didn't think this sort of service existed anymore! Gratitude 🙏
Convenient & reasonable price
One stop Shop. Staff were amazing, warmth and accommodating. Prices were good. Lots of nice stuffs.
