Very rude and unhelpful staff. Felt like it was interputing their day to serve me. They had no knowledge of the products nor advice. Completely useless
Why do Petbarn Stores require you, the customer, to do your own research to get the cheapest price instead of just promising that it IS the cheapest available and 10 per cent off if you can find it cheaper elsewhere?
I love this shop. They're open til 8pm weekdays and always have awesome clearance deals. Maddie has especially been very helpful on more than 1 occasion, even staying back just after closing when I called letting her know I was stuck in traffic (my frogs were very hungry and I needed to pick up live crickets via an Uber)! They also do delivery at a very reasonable price and are very fast.
