I've been coming to this store for years now, and have to say the service has never been better. A big part of that is the management team. Store manager Matt plus the supervisors (particuarly Merisa and Will) run a tight ship but somehow make every visit feel personal. They clearly care about getting things right, and it shows in how the whole staff treats customers. Whatever they're doing, keep it up this is why I keep coming back here rather than other Pet shops

I’ve always had great experiences at Petbarn McGregor, and today’s visit reminded me why I keep coming back. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Zane with his friendly smile. I was also lucky to see Juno again. She is amazing and, in my opinion, the best team member. She is always willing to help, genuinely kind, and always serves customers with a smile. I had such an amazing experience at Petbarn MacGregor yesterday and really wanted to give a huge shoutout to Juno! I came in needing some help finding the right products for my turtle, and Juno honestly went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. She went back and forth checking products for me, triple-checked everything to make sure it was correct, and took the time to explain things rather than just pointing me towards something and moving on. I now drive past my local Petbarn to get big bags of birdseed that my local store have advised they will no longer stock (corporate decision). This is inconvenient every two weeks when I add an extra half an hour to my drive. However, at least Macgregor IS willing to stock what I want and the staff are the usual friendly, helpful standard that's always good to encounter. half the fish are dead and the staff couldn’t care less. For a store that specialises in the wellness of pets, they should, at the bare minimum, be able to keep their fish alive. Me and my partner had come in seeking new fish to place in our home aquarium, however decided to leave empty handed as we were not about to contribute money to a company with such disregard for life.
