Killian and the team at Pet Barn Logan are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was offered help as soon as I walked in. The store has great products, lots of variety and something for everyone’s budget.
This used to be my usual Petbarn, being closest to me, up until a few months ago. I don’t shop here anymore because of a new staff woman, Killian, easily identifiable by her green hair & sweaty odour - permanently wears an expression of being on the verge of a tantrum. Just a few visits here to be served by Killians’ passive aggressive silence or condescending snideness has completely turned me off coming here again. Found what I needed
We came in looking for some fish! We walked over there and we standed there for about 15 minutes not getting served then my mum went and said to the manager that we needed help! My mum came back really disappointed the worker completely ignored her and when my mum asked again she said go ask someone else! , Disgusting! Then they had the audacity to serve another customer with 3 kids!
