These people never answer their phone. When you leave a message, they never call back! So you drive all the way there only to find the groomer isn’t working - the whole trip, and given how exy fuel is these days, could have been avoided. It’s frustrating as daylights that you have plenty of staff, saw them standing around when I came in, but you can’t be bothered answering your phone! Please do better if you want to keep your customers
Staff are always really friendly. They helped my partner and I choose the best flea and tick control for our dog. They are just always so helpful.
