Great service and range of products. The nail clipping is a bit expensive now though, the price has doubled in the few years we've been going and only takes a couple of minutes.
The ladies who do the grooming and haircuts for the dogs are absolutely fantastic and so lovely. Unfortunately the rest of the staff who work the floor/front registers don't have the same attitude. They all act extremely annoyed as soon as you talk to them. No customer service or people skills. I tried to ask for help several times and staff kept walking away from me. I eventually got what I needed from the rep at the front desk but they made it clear that helping me was a huge inconvenience to them. Such a disappointing exp... read more
