Petbarn Launceston team are always so happy and willing to help. I don't even go else where now for pet food & toys.
2 stores añd one store doesn't know what the other store stocks...not even offered to make a phone call to find out...never shopping at town store again...no customer service at all!!!!!
Thank you to the lady named Kassandra today for providing lovely service. I had my hands full and went to grab a trolley but didn’t know how to flip over the basket thing and she did it for me and then proceeded to place everything in the trolley for me.
