Always found staff to be available for assistance - they are both friendly and professional not to mention knowledgeable. I always shop at Petbarn - another reason my cat suffers from Colon problems and their advice is trusted and invaluable.
My wife and I visited Petbarn Kotara today to shop for food and items for our recently acquired 9 week old puppy. The greeting, friendliness and helpful assistance provide by store manager Kathleen, was outstanding. Kathleen provided detailed benefits associated with pet food, additives and health benefits of the products on offer. Highly recommend Petbarn Kotara 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Very helpful
Seth is a real one, super helpful
