Petbarn Kotara staff are great and very familiar with products and whether they are suitable for my dog or not. The store is always clean and tidy and has a superb range of pet products.
We’ve been going to Petbarn kotara for years (over 10 years at a minimum) however we won’t be any more. The service has gone down hill, I come in with my dog and nobody greets us, hard to find help. The sales are frustrating and the staff won’t ring them up separately to ensure you get the best price possible. We now make a longer drive to go to a different shop for all our pet supply needs.
The staff member at the till (Charlotte?) was really nice and professional but the 3 other staff members were so loud. They were throwing stock at each other and speaking really loudly I could barely hear.
Took my dogs to Petbarn Kotara for grooming and couldn’t be happier! The staff were so friendly and caring, they made my girls feel comfortable straight away. The groom was exactly what I asked for, neat, fresh, and hey came out smelling amazing. Great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend the Kotara team - definitely a 10/10 experience!
