I really like the amount of things they have there. Anything you could need in one spot
Until very recently this location was staffed by knowledgeable and passionate people who would go out of their way to help beyond any pet store I've ever been to. There must have been a change in management because all the old staff are gone and the store has completely nosedived in terms of customer service and overall vibe. It no longer feels welcoming and the staff seem miserable more than anything. The shelves are also noticeably worse stocked than just a month ago, it's difficult to find basic supplies.
