Sorry, I can’t recommend. I was charged $120 for a “traditional” Westie cut that looks nothing like the reference shown. My dog was handled roughly — his hair was pulled hard enough that he reacted and bit the comb, bending it. When I arrived, he was barking loudly and desperate to get out. I feel awful for taking him there.

We’re visiting from Sydney to see family and needed to top up our dog’s prescription food while we were here. We were helped by Rachel and she was honestly amazing. She provided some of the best customer service we’ve experienced - so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind to our dog.
