Always friendly staff at Kawana Waters, i phone the order through and it's ready on a trolley for me to pick up. Excellent customer service throughout..
I would give minus one star if I could. I purchased dog shoes that didn't fit once i unpacked them at home and because i wasn't a member and didn't have a receipt, despite paying with card with a proof of purchase they said "sorry nothing we can do", will not be back. Other stores have always let me get a store credit if I don't have receipt or a membership.
OMG if you are short on time go here! great team and they did a great job.
