One annoying uptight guy behind the counter who dictates how many tokens you can buy to wash your dog. I shall be avoiding him in future. Obviously hates people/animals equally
Katoomba Petbarn very welcoming and knowledgeable! Always an exceptional experience!!
Staff is very helpful with us at the dog wash!
Awesome staff -patient and friendly - gave me some great tips and ideas
Kiera was amazing help today. I sprained my ankle and am hobbling on crutches; she helped me by getting the heavy litter, checking in out, and loaded it in my car - all with a beautiful smile Thanks Pet Barn team (especially Kiera).
