I can’t recommend Petbarn Kangaroo Flat enough! The staff here are absolutely amazing, especially Lily and Jayde. They are both so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Great service from 3 separate team members as we navigated a clippers purchase for our fluffy cat. Lots learnt from the girls, with the clippers doing exactly as we were told they would. Thank you.

I attended kangaroo flat Petbarn on the 21/12/24. I was running late and my mum told them I would be late, they never told my mum there was a 15 late time and that my appointment would be cancelled. I spoke to Gemma the manager and basically she said too bad we are not doing her. Gemma knew who I was the minute I walked in Petbarn. Gemma would not do my dog because of me and my disability. Gemma berated in front of customers and staff and was borderline abusive. I hope Gemma was fired.
