Friendly and helpful go out of there way to make sure you have the right products
Spent $300 there, 3 women chatting at counter were not accommodating nor enthusiastic about seeing if I needed any assistance in the isles - I asked about the app and she said she’d email me a link with password, I’m not even sure if my discount applied to my purchase.
Booked to have my dog groomed on the weekend however I received a text whilst driving there to advise my appointment had been canceled without an option to re-book or an explanation. Not worried about trying again as they obviously don't need my business
