I have been here many times to shop for my fur baby but today's experience really stood out. Thank you to the lovely Lara who was so kind, patient and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me today with her helpful suggestions and patience with the many questions I had.

Staff are always friendly here. On occasions that I’ve brought my dogs, the staff are very lovely with them and offer a treat. All the essentials stocked and they have my preferred biscuit brand for my dogs.
Went in to buy kitten food, at the checkout it was $60 more than on line with free delivery. They did match the price when I queried.
