They are very friendly and helpful here. Customer is extremely efficient..
Always great customer service!
What an excellent team you guys have! Always friendly and welcoming, one particularly made my day today. Ash deserves a pay raise, its not often I get the royal treatment, she is an absolute ray of sunshine and delightful human being, very lovely! I also ordered around 11 very large bundles of mice bedding and she even went and got the ones out the back for me, stacked them all up nicely on a large trolley for me and wanted to help me take them to my car <3 11/10 human right there, I will be shopping at this branch from now... read more
Used Click and Collect when ordering online. Order was ready in 30 minutes and staff member Daniel was friendly, efficient and helpful, assisting me with the heavy kitty litter bags to my car. Highly recommend Pet Barn Gungahlin ACT
Great experience for very overgrown slightly reactive cavoodle. Lady at Gungahlin salon was very good, calm, friendly and provided me assurance that our dog would be well looked after - which he was.
