Most of the staff have been very helpful, however we encountered a rude male staff recently. He refused to price match as per the petbarn advertised t&cs, and created some rules himself (e.g. cannot use a promotion royal canin code together with the price match; price match can only be applied per item, rather than by four units as a bulk, even though petbarn website also lists a bulk sale). Staff always friendly and give my fur babies treats at checkout after sitting. They look forward to their visit to choose their own treats.
I have two dogs and always buy their kibbles from Petbarn, and they absolutely love it. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate their great service. On top of that, I always manage to get good discounts, which makes shopping here even better. Highly recommend Petbarn for all pet parents! 🐶🐾
