Brian is sooo knowledgeable with fish and aquarium care. And his customer service is next-to-none. He has helped me with fish-in cycling my small tanks and my fishless cycling of my newest biggest tank. I told him the purpose and plan of my newest aquarium and he gave me allll the information and answered all my questions even when my brain couldn't wrap itself around some of it.
