Lovely store!
Third time dealing with Petbarn, and they keep earning it. They shipped food to my dog in quarantine twice shortly after I arrived in Australia. Today I finally made it into the Fitzroy store in person. My dog came out of quarantine associating his old food with the whole experience, so we're trying kangaroo and pumpkin. He also won't go near his crate anymore, so I picked up a seatbelt harness for the car, plus the poop bags I always seem to be out of. Have been a PetBarn customer for over ten years both for retail and grooming services. Favour the Brunswick store for its ongoing friendly and great vibe team. Retail team at Fitzroy have been great also, always friendly and eager to help. However sadly this is let down by their young male groomer. Due to Brunswick being booked out previously I happily tried Fitzroy.
