Amazing double standards, incompetence beyond belief, store mismanagement evident through poor staff training. Had a terrible experience at PetBarn Ferntree Gully and will return to speak to the store manager when she is rostered to appear on duty. On a separate note everything is OVERPRICED - look at nearby quality pet stores for alternatives (2 km down the road), and do not expect any help inside the store, there is no one on the floor to assist.
