Took my dog to beginners class with Olivia, not happy at all did not do the last two lessons, hugely disappointed, did not appreciate her throwing food on the ground at my dog - especially when the floor was filthy, this style of training is not appropriate and serves no purpose. I told her over two weeks not to do it, but she said she is the trainer and knows what she is doing.
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in helping according to pets requirements...
I would like to thank the lovely lady today whom helped me out with a bit of a mental hiccup (no blue bags) so she ran all the way down the back for me, as she could tell I was struggling. I can not remember her name but I think she mentioned she was new. Trust me I really appreciated you going out of your way for me! Thank you
