I walked into petbarn today looking for some advice on new products & changing some things for my frenchie then a TRULY AMAZING VERY HELPFUL + INFORMATIVE Sienna helped me so much i left with more knowledge then I expected to receive & very happy I was listened to plus cared for with most amazing customer service ive seen in very very long time. She helped me with alot every petbarn NEEDS a SIENNA ASAP.
Worst customer service I have experienced. So busy with doing stock work that I was invisible. Shame as I was ready to purchase for my dogs birthday. Very disappointing. Thought you were there to make $$$$. Need back to basics old style manners. 😩
Friendly service, they get kittens here for a better price & sell out quick. The young girl was on her own & was very helpful :)
