I was looking for a gift for a four year old . Leonie suggested a goldfish. She talked us through how to set up the kids tank before investing in the fish . I bought the kids kit and am extremely happy. Now that the tank is set up and working well , I am looking forward to picking out a fish or two to complete the project . The four year old is very excited too .
Came in to buy some products to help out my parents itchy-footed dog. I own cats myself so I was a little bit out of my depth. I believe it was the manager that came to assist me. The manager was very helpful, he gave me advice on what could be causing the itchiness, recommendations for food and anti-itch products. I also received some helpful advice from a lady at the register for my cat. I am very impressed by the service I received today and would highly recommend a visit here!
Friendly and efficient service. Staff helped fetch and then load large bags of dogfood. As I am getting older amd weaker it was much appreciated!
Super friendly and helpful staff! We originally went in for a little harness & ended up leaving with our newest family member Citta! Damien and Bruce were very informative and asked all the right questions when adopting Citta, making sure she would be well looked after! Couldn’t recommend Petbarn Ellenbrook enough! (Citta is now well and truly thriving in her new home!)
Went in here when i was after some goldfish and had a few questions about it all, the lady that worked there was so rude and pretty much had a go at me. I personally will never step foot in here again. Avoid at all costs.
