We were very happy with our first experience at Petbarn. Our young westie has a mind of his own and I'm sure he tested the very efficient groomer! We were delighted to see his new 'do' afterwards and thrilled that he would be welcomed back! That's huge for us. 😊 Many thanks!

Every time we've bought pet mince from here, it's been a mix of: Past use by date/rotting, totally covered in freezer burn and unbelievably low quality product. Even the "new ones" they had just gotten in stock when we purchased them; Meatballs that were so covered in freezer burn, they looked like they had cardboard casing. And mince that was such low quality, I would be amazed if Ravens were willing to eat it :/ I don't understand how the prices can be so high when the quality is, time and time again, awful.
