Absolutely terrible, died fish in multiple tanks. Staff don’t seem to care much, they just seem uninterested and unresponsive. Go to Petstock, clean tanks and helpful staff.
Went into get something and it was easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to get your pet needs
Although the trainers are knowledgeable and committed, the indoor environment and training pen feels a little claustrophobic and it’s difficult to conduct simultaneous exercises, as the dogs become distracted by each other. The value you get from this course is more about principles, methods and techniques. The course might benefit from a booklet of techniques/commands/principles to help us pet parents remember what to practice.
Massive thank you to Olivia and the pet barn team. Puppy school was such an amazing experience for me and my mastiff x Odin. Week 1 I didn’t think we’d get very far but Olivia was calm and patient with me giving multiple options to get the best out of Odin. Week 5 he was a champ and I got more out of him than I thought I would. Best start to training and socialisation.
