I really don't like Petbarn. There is not enough variety of treats, especially kangaroo treats for a dog that has food allergies, including chicken. City Farmers were way more better before the takeover.
Rude Manager, No Ownership, No Customer Service This review is about the manager at Petbarn Cockburn. Petbarn failed to deliver our paid and confirmed order despite us providing the gate code in the delivery instructions. We followed up with customer service and were told the order would arrive within two hours. It never did. As we were in the Cockburn area, we went to Petbarn Cockburn for help.
