They have 2 dog wash bays which is great except one has been broken over a month so the usual wait is about half an hour to wash my dog
I would highly recommend the groomers at Cleveland Petbarn groomers they are wonderful and highly sensitive to our fur baby each month we have visited for the last 5 years.
Staff are great! One of the pet washes wasn't working and there was a large line. Only bathed one of my dogs and felt really rushed.
I am a regular at this store and have had a wonderful shopping experience on every occasion. All the girls are super friendly and helpful. Today I was served by Claire in the hope of returning some unopened puppy food as I had purchased 2 tins but found whilst my puppy loved the air dried food it did not agree with her tummy. It was an expensive purchase which is why I sort a refund. Claire contacted customer service as it was an online purchase and they refunded my money without hesitation.
