I’m sad to even be posting this as every single experience we have at pet barn Cleveland for grooming has been 10 out of 10. We actually moved from Capalaba pet barn to Cleveland because we found one particular member of staff incredibly rude and judgemental, always constantly over charging us for our dogs.
