Very helpful staff
My 3 dogs look amazing. Really lovely girls and very flexible with me running a bit late. Was quite stressed and they were so nice. I have done Gromming with pat barn many times and will continue coming back. Thank you so much for a wonderful job.
Best pet shop on the Lower North Shore. Friendly staff. Huge selection of food, toys, bedding, etc
Probably some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped us today but she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. We originally thought we’d be better off buying everything online, but visiting the shop turned out to be much more helpful and we learned a lot! There were also plenty of great offers and free puppy bags for new customers. I’d definitely recommend anyone buying a puppy pack to go to the store in person to get expert advice and all the freebies.
