Petbarn Casula is absolutely amazing! The staff here are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any questions about pet care. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a huge range of products — from premium pet food to toys, grooming supplies, and accessories. They genuinely care about animals and it shows in how they treat both pets and customers. Prices are fair, and there are often great deals and loyalty rewards too. Definitely my go-to pet store — highly recommend to all pet owners!
Good friendly service, stall is well stocked, dog wash area is generally well looked after by staff. If I were to not pick some customers need to wash it down after use.
Customer service here is awesome. It's rare to see staff going above and beyond. The lady at the checkout helped carried a large item to someone's car. The other young lady at the checkout was excellent too. Friendly, professional and helpful. There's a great team here at Petbarn Casula. Keep up the fantastic work.
