Exceptional assistance from Store mgr on my recent visit. I needed a harness/winter coat for my Tenterfield. (small sized dog) To help with fitting, she got a trolley, placed the top section down, added cardboard so my dog could stand tall to help with fitting and adjusting the harness which she did for me and showed me how to fit on my dog myself when I got home. Layton at Warton road store, awsome guy, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly store for both furbies and for customers. Fantastic price match options at the register to give you the least possible price .
