Rude staff, I felt uncomfortable walking in there as a customer. Have been to this specific pet barn store twice in the last year or so, always walk away with a bad feeling. I always feel so uncomfortable going to this store, unfortunately due to your staffs behaviour you have lost a paying customer, say no more.
It was my first time buying for a new puppy and the care and experience that Jasmine and Quin provided was amazing. They're a testimate to high level customer service. Thank you soo much. James D
They encourage you to become a member and if you do you accumulate points and eventually you might earn a voucher which has to be used almost immediately and if you can't use it quickly enough the voucher and all your points expire! I mean, what is the point?
