I find membership has significant advantage
I absolutely love going here! My dogs love coming into the store, everyone is so lovely and helpful. I dont think ive ever had a bad experience!
Friendly staff but the free off-street parking is a little on the dodgy side
Rude staff, I felt uncomfortable walking in there as a customer. Have been to this specific pet barn store twice in the last year or so, always walk away with a bad feeling. I always feel so uncomfortable going to this store, unfortunately due to your staffs behaviour you have lost a paying customer, say no more.
It was my first time buying for a new puppy and the care and experience that Jasmine and Quin provided was amazing. They're a testimate to high level customer service. Thank you soo much. James D
