I have been a loyal customer of Petbarn and was recently given a $30 voucher following an unpleasant customer service experience in Camberwell. Unfortunately, I was not made aware that the voucher was only valid for 31 days, and when I attempted to use it, I was told it had expired. While I appreciate the gesture of providing a voucher, I feel such a short expiry period is unfair, especially when it was offered as compensation for poor service.
