Excellent service always , team are polite, engaging and keen to help
I went into the shop and asked a simple yes-or-no question. The guy at the back of the shop was clearly working there but was on his phone the whole time. He didn’t bother to look up or answer properly and showed a really bad attitude for no reason. It takes only a few seconds to be polite and respectful. Terrible customer service — I definitely won’t be coming back.
