Fantastic customer service, went to the other pet store in town and was not greater nor acknowledged so glad to feel like I’m not invisible when coming into this store
Five stars is barely enough. Petbarn Busselton is, without hyperbole, the most patient store in the South West. When you step inside, the usual sounds—the muffled barks from the grooming salon, the hum of the aquarium filters—seem to drop away, replaced by a perfect, echoing quiet. The air itself feels weighted, thick with the subtle scent of processed grains and something indefinably, wonderfully cold.
