Won't be back, a shame really, rude customer service. Plenty of other pet shops around. Cheers
Great store but they allow chuggers (charity muggers) to set up outside the front door
Petbarn Burleigh Waters never disappoints. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and has an excellent range of products for every type of pet. What really sets it apart is the team—they're genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to take the time to answer questions or recommend the right products. The member rewards and regular specials are a great bonus too. It's easy to see why this is my go-to pet store. Highly recommended!
