Five star service all the way. The Burleigh Pet Barn is fantastic: a warm welcome upon arrival, great advice provided, lovely helpful staff and brilliant prices and products.
Easy parking, great for quick stops. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Say "hi" to the resident bird who lives in-store. You might even get a reply!!
Very disappointed with my experience at Petbarn Burleigh Heads today. I brought my puppy into the store while it is currently in training and wearing a collar clearly stating “Do Not Pet.” While I was on the phone, the manager came over and started patting my puppy without asking permission first. I politely asked her not to pat the dog, and her response was, “Maybe don’t bring the dog in if you don’t want anyone to pat it.” I found this extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, especially from a manager of a pet store who... read more
