Excellent customer service & product range
I normally love shopping at Petbarn and have always gone there for my pets’ needs and treats, but my recent experience was really disappointing. I purchased a dog toy and a few kitten toys, and the quality was far below what I expected. My kitten wand toy started falling apart/ unraveling almost immediately. The string holding the attachments together was coming undone just from moving the toy around, and not just one attachment—two of them were affected. The dog toy was just as disappointing.
