Good variety of items. Staff very helpful.
Last 3 times I've come to get cat food and I've been advised that its on pallets out the back and they wont get them for me. Wasted so much time travelling to them that ill go back to pet stock or coles as its just a waste of time to go to pet barn. And when I asked if they had any out the back they said no. But when I enquired about getting that cat food in, I was advised its out the back on pallets. So dishonesty aswell.
This is a well stocked pet store. The prices are reasonable, the staff and professional and helpful and they’re open convenient hours.
Friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to price match. Always have what I need.
