The store was super tidy and they had lots of stock! Ethan served us and he was super kind and knew a lot about the fish and also praised his coworker for taking such good care of them! Was so helpful and it was nice to see so many healthy & happy fishies ❤️
Teal is incredible. She is patient and kind and has a wonderful way with animals. Had a dreadful experience with a different groomers in Browns Plains. Mandy our furbaby likes being groomed by Teal. Thank you Teal!
VERY understaffed to the point where the workers were under that much pressure to serve that they were becoming stressed and to the point of being dismissive - even when you went in line to ask a question (cause there was noone on the floor) the checkout ppl weren't helpful and said to see the store manager (who was busy) so you had to wait even longer.
