The text letting me know my dog was ready for collection was really handy. Opening a little earlier for 9 am appointments would make drop-off easier. It would also be great to book recurring appointments and multiple pets online. Overall, a solid 8/10!
Amazing customer service! Mae was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to find the most suitable product for our dog. Price matching is very easy and provides excellent value.
