⸻ I regularly buy food from this store to feed street cats, usually every two days. This shop offers a free bag with every purchase, which I have always received before. However, during my last visit, a young male staff member behaved very rudely and came to the cashier to tell them not to give me the free bag. I was very disappointed and upset by this behavior. Petbarn most certainly know how to train their staff to handle most situations. I have been coming to Petbarn for many years and enjoyed the best service from them. I value their knowledge, commitment and compassion. I particularly appreciate and admire Nick. She is AWESOME!!
I have Never been so verbally abused, attacked, threatened, insulted and threatened with police, just because my dog was barking. Not attacking, Not vicious, just alarmed. We went into buy shampoo and conditioner, and a dogs collar. My dog was quiet until a Staff member approached us , my dog sensed her tension and barked as dachshunds do. There was cavoodles come in and she was very friendly with them.
