Very happy with the overall service will (the manager) really helped me with picking the right dry food for my French’i and he educated me on certain mineral and vitamins and high allergen proteins, which I was totally unaware of this whole time. My French’i is doing very well so far on the savour brand life sensitive fish flavour. And also loves his bully sticks will be definitely going back for more. Thank will and team 😃
Took my 3kg toy poodle who is 15 years old to get cut and was told on pick up it would cost an additional $15- because the groomer could not cope on her own with my dog so a second helper was required. I find it extraordinary that these so called trained groomers can’t cope with a tiny dog. To top it off Tom who I phoned at Pet barn was incredibly rude on the phone and continued to talk over the top of me when I was talking. The staff are great with very positive and professional attitude. The prices are great and the grooming service is excellent.
