I ordered doggy butters from Pet Barn click & collect. User friendly website & easy to make orders. Customers service was fantastic & friendly. Easy to collect my order & it was correct. Highly recommend product & my pooch loves it.
l know it's a big chain but every time l go in the staff are so friendly and helpful and both price matched to give me the lowest price (without me asking) and gave a full refund on food my dog didn't like.
The team here are amazing. My customer experience was beyond exceeded with Tyler. I am so impressed with their customer service. When they make a mistake there is nothing they won’t do to rectify it. I will never buy my pet supplies from anywhere else. So impressive
