Team member was extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional.
Want to give some constructive criticism because I believe one bad experience shouldn't ruin and overall store review, so in saying that, store in nicely set up, plenty of stock on the shelves, the only thing I will say was bad was the staff didn't seem to interested in helping me, they were just chatting at the check out counters. So hopefully when I come back again they will be a bit more attentive.
Great selection
Had to return a harness as it was rubbing my dog, had been fitted a few days earlier in another store. Assistant was really good, discussed it and no question about a refund. She was clever too, I have now got another harness to try from her recommendation, fingers crossed!
