Good shop. Nearly always have what I want. The team are very helpful. The team are very polite and always smiling. Except now they are closed and not close to home.
I've been a Petbarn Member for over 15 years now & after moving from South Melbourne to Ashburton, I was happy to know their Chadstone Store was well within range of my mobility scooter. The only issue (for me) was that my cat needed Catsan (the only litter I'll (& my cat) will use, but my scooter was off-property having a Service. Never mind, I ordered for a delivery... all products were delivered 48 hours after doing so.
The girls at the checkout who served me was helpful and friendly, im sad that it’s closing down but I am a pet barn customer and I wanna give this store 5 reviews:)
