This has been my local store for the past couple of years, but I won’t be returning anymore. Recently, I’ve noticed unprofessional behaviour from the manager—on every visit, she is constantly on her phone, openly discussing personal matters, completely disengaged from customers, and acting as if she couldn’t care less about her job. It’s very disappointing because, in the past, most of the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful, but the same cannot be said for Rox (?).
