I worked monthly with Nicole for hypnotherapy sessions targeted at IBS. While I have intolerances to gluten and dairy, this program still helped me immensely! I noticed my stomach pain had gone away and I had a lot more freedom when out and about after meals instead of having to rush home and lay out horizontally for hours.
