Nicole helped me with some issues from childhood I never dealt with and couldn’t overcome with therapy alone. She was so compassionate and non-judgmental and the therapy was so relaxing. Will definitely be coming back if I need her in the future.

I worked monthly with Nicole for hypnotherapy sessions targeted at IBS. While I have intolerances to gluten and dairy, this program still helped me immensely! I noticed my stomach pain had gone away and I had a lot more freedom when out and about after meals instead of having to rush home and lay out horizontally for hours. I heard of hypnotherapy from a mentor, I was referred to Nicole from a friend, and my life and mindset both have improved dramatically since then. Nicole takes a very holistic approach to hypnotherapy and traditional therapy. I could not speak more highly of her. She is the very best!
