I’ve always hated dress shopping and everytime i have in the past its been bad but oh my gosh i love this place ive never felt more comfortable in a dress shop it took three times (im a little bit indecisive) but i finally found a dress and i truely love it thank you petals and promises ill defintely come back!
Very personal experience with great help. Staff knows their inventory and can find the right dress for you. My daughter loved it, and they made her feel beautiful in her homecoming dress.
Everyone at this store is so nice!! I had such a great experience. I found two dresses that I loved and I’m excited to wear one to my boyfriend’s work party in Puerto Rico! I have pretty unique proportions and I was worried that none of the dresses would fit! Trying clothes on can be a super stressful experience for me, but I felt like everyone I worked with was so kind and it helped my anxiety a ton! I had such a great experience and I will definitely want to come back for my wedding dress later this year!!
Angie (I believe was her name) was amazing to work with. We walked in 15 minutes before close (I know so bed) but she didn't make my daughter feel rushed, infact it was the opposite. She let my daughter take her time and make sure she was comfortable in her dress and really loved it. We walked out of there feeling really good about our purchase and the service we received. It was a fantastic experience!!
