Took my daughter to Petals and Promises for her Senior Ball gown. We weren’t sure what to expect but we were the only ones there at the time (11:30 on a Thursday) and the service she received was second to none! WOW!! Thank you for making my daughter feel comfortable and beautiful! Your help was amazing and the experience was more than we could have hoped for.
I haven't gotten a formal dress since I was around 9 or 10, so I was a bit nervous about going and trying on dresses today. The woman working helped me and my friend find and try on some gorgeous prom dresses and helped me feel so comfortable and beautiful. Very happy with the dresses and very grateful for such amazing customer service. 🩷
I needed to find a bridesmaids dress in dusty blue or terracotta and had my 15 month old with me. The lady working (I didn’t catch her name) was amazing! We were the only ones in store for a while and she carried and played with my son while I tried on dresses, helped me with pulling dresses from the rack and with zippers as well. 10/10 service and I would recommend anyone go here!
The lady who helped us(Addison) was genuinely so sweet and so helpful. I came in with some friends and she managed to find all of us dresses we loved and made us feel so comfortable. There was no sense of judgement what’s so ever. She was supportive and so kind. She is the best!
When I came in Addison was so helpful and i could tell she really knew what she was doing and the best way to help. She was very kind and helped me feel great in the dress i tried on.
