I needed to find a bridesmaids dress in dusty blue or terracotta and had my 15 month old with me. The lady working (I didn’t catch her name) was amazing! We were the only ones in store for a while and she carried and played with my son while I tried on dresses, helped me with pulling dresses from the rack and with zippers as well. 10/10 service and I would recommend anyone go here!
The lady who helped us(Addison) was genuinely so sweet and so helpful. I came in with some friends and she managed to find all of us dresses we loved and made us feel so comfortable. There was no sense of judgement what’s so ever. She was supportive and so kind. She is the best!
When I came in Addison was so helpful and i could tell she really knew what she was doing and the best way to help. She was very kind and helped me feel great in the dress i tried on.
This store deserves a big shout out. They offer so many styles of pretty dresses. Don’t waste your time going to Salt Lake or Ogden. Petals and Promises is so much better. The selection is so much better. One thing that I really find convenient is that you do not need an appointment to shop for a dress here. I had taken for granted being able to walk in a store at my convenience to shop. Every store I walked up to in SLC had a big sign on the door that said “By Appointment Only” not here!
