I took my puppy that had Pavo to pet360. They said that he would be ok and that he will come out of it in the next few days. I was so happy that he was going to be ok. Then three days later he passed away. These people do not know what they are doing! I DO NOT recommend this place if you have a sick animal. They had to have known that my puppy was to far gone and I just have wished they would of told me because now I lost a family member.
ZERO STARS - I ordered Rx canned cat food through Pet360. There had been NO communication for over 2 weeks, so I called them. I was told that the product was backordered and they did not know when it would be available. So I called other Rx providers only to find that it was in stock....and I called the manufacturer - no backorder, plenty of inventory. So I called Pet360 again and asked to cancel my order. WORST COMPANY EVER!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF FOR $100 MORE THAN IT WOULD COST TO BUY ON ANY OTHER SITE OR STORE!!! ABSOLUTELY WORST "CUSTOMER SERVICE" - TOLD ME I COULD NOT CANCEL ORDER, NO MANAGERS AVAILABLE, TWICE PROMISED THAT A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL BACK AND NO CALLS EVER CAME!! I thought this would be a simple process to get my pets medication's but this has quickly turned into a three ring circus! I was told two days ago that PET 360 received the fax from my vet and that the medication had been shipped out to only get an email today telling me you still have not received a fax back from my vet! This is funny when my vet also confirmed faxing back the prescription several days ago!
