The store was nasty and smelled bad. The staff was rude to my autistic son. The animals cages was not clean and was to small for them. The animals looked sick. I will never go back there.

Everyone mentions their friendly staff, which is true but I take great issue with how they take care of the animals that they sell. They overstock the cages filled with rodents. Rats and mice are piled on top of each other with nothing but a wheel and a single hide. Their birds all seemed very stressed and most had feather loss either on their backs or breasts. Went in to take our son to buy some pet rats. The staff were so very helpful and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed this little place and couldn’t recommend it more.
This place is absolutely my favorite, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I’m a small town groomer and I love to buy my products from here!! The owner is a awesome person as well!!! I highly recommend this place!!!
