RecommendedBrand new fish tank owner. Arnoldo A.K.A fish god is so helpful with tips what to do how to get started. Also has helped me with picking fish plants treating water. I’ve learned so much from him and always there to answer any questions. He knows his stuff also everyone from as soon as you walk thru the door is so nice and helpful and greets you I will be getting all my supplies and needs from this store
I'm so happy with the employees in here, unlike other stores they don't try to get you to buy, buy, buy, they actually care and help you take care of your smaller family (pets) one of the employees I've been working with is Arnoldo and he has been really helpful about what to do with my fish tank I've made some mistakes before I even came to this store, ever time I come in I feel in family and I know I'm in good hands, thank you for your hard work everyone and keep the great work

Bought a wonderful little chihuahua for my mother. However, the staff member who sold the dog advised that he could be taken to the vet of out choosing for his 1st visit and it would be covered by Pet World. After the vet visit with her vet was not covered a phone call was paced to Pet World. The manager would NOT come to the phone and said that the visit had to be through a certain vet. Due to poor staff training and a very unprofessional response from management they have lost this customer and I will recommend my friends ... read more

We love going to pet world and looking at all the animals.
Went today and got a hamster. He is the sweetest little guy. We drove from the far north side of Lakeland just to come here and pick up a hamster. They were very friendly and helpful.
