BUYER BEWARD.This location is horrible. My great granddaughter got a bird on Monday Dec 27, Today Wednesday Dec 29, the bird died. Much to my disbelief, they only wanted to give her $100 credit, the bird cost $200, come on you are very cold hearted, she took good care of it in the 3 short days she had it. Plus it is my understanding a comment was made to the environment the bird was in, really, why wouldn't your staff ask more questions regarding this, that is the most ridiculous statement.
