pet store We have bought many animals from this store. They always offer great deals. They offer advice for your pets whether you bought them there or not. Staff is always kid friendly.
BUYER BEWARD.This location is horrible. My great granddaughter got a bird on Monday Dec 27, Today Wednesday Dec 29, the bird died. Much to my disbelief, they only wanted to give her $100 credit, the bird cost $200, come on you are very cold hearted, she took good care of it in the 3 short days she had it. Plus it is my understanding a comment was made to the environment the bird was in, really, why wouldn't your staff ask more questions regarding this, that is the most ridiculous statement. some animals, such as rabbits, have a date to start for sale. For example, today the 29th, we arrived at the store and they were already removed, it is the second time that we waited to buy a rabbit and they never have it and when you ask questions they never know how to answer. very disappointed.
