I recently went to Pet Valu to purchase puppy chow for a new puppy we just brought home. This is our first puppy, so I really didn’t know much and had a lot of questions. One of the employees, Tori, took the time to answer all of my questions and was absolutely awesome to deal with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much easier for us. Excellent customer service!
