The owner always calls me to make sure my RAW food gets ordered for my babies. Always get 5 star service from this lady.
I love Pet Valu products. But this location at the Lambton Mall has disappointed me on more than one occasion. Once by not stocking the size of bag I was seeking and finally not stocking the dog food I normally buy, apparently because they just didn't sell enough of it and one or two bags expired before they were sold. Two strikes and I'm out. I will no longer stop at this store.
