I’ve taken my dog here six times, and they say the 6th wash is supposed to be free. When I asked for it, they just gave me excuses and didn’t honor it. Kind of disappointing. It’s not really about the free wash it’s about doing what you say you’re going to do.
It’s not just about selling a product — it’s about care, values, and creating a welcoming environment. I came in to pick up a travel kennel for my puppy, and the Pet Valu team went above and beyond. They didn’t just guide me to the right product — they helped with the assembly, packed everything up, and made sure the job was fully done before I left. Truly grateful for their kindness and support!
Really worth it to visit. I use the dog wash alot and the staff is always friendly. The service area is always cleaned properly and no residual smells in the area. They have good towels and shampoos for dogs and the dryer is high quality as well. They do have a bunch of other things as well that I buy for my pets. The dog mouth spray is the best! Haha. Will make your poochs mouth smell like mints. Surprisingly they also carry budget friendly cat litter which also I buy. Will highly recommend the place.
The owner always calls me to make sure my RAW food gets ordered for my babies. Always get 5 star service from this lady.
