Why does it seem like no one knows how to do their job here in FL?! I call the phone number to get a quick question answered and all I get is that he's the landlord for the place,and he knows nothing about anything..just seems odds to me when I need an answer and call the number listed for that exact thing I need, and they say they have no answers...get your stuff together people or lower your prices!!!!!
lady on the phone an hour ago gave me attitude when I wanted her to answer one question. She seemed over it and was rushing to end the call she didn’t even properly answer my question and wasn’t patient with me at all. Rude and bad customer service. lighten up .
