i wouldn't even put a star but you have to , anyways YOU SOLD TWO SICK GUINEA PIGS TO MY SISTER AND DIDNT EVEN LET HER KKOW. yall are about as bad as someone who i won't name. but we all know who. you guys are seriously the worst pet store don't know how yall are still open.
Betta cups were horribly green with algae. Abuse of the fish in them. When confronted about the situation, staff made excuses and stated that they had been busy for the previous week. The deplorable conditions were evidence that the neglect had been going on for a much longer period of time.
This was our first visit here. It was horrible. The staff were all gathered near the front socializing, with the exception of one young lady working to change shelf tags. Not one person welcomed us or asked if we needed help. The poor betta fish were in horrible condition. Several of their containers were completely green from poor conditions and no proper water changes.
