sold me a sick hamster the manger was extremely defensive and rude and accused me of blaming them before i could really say anything when we simply brought him in to find a solution and try to save him after being treated like that i’m 100% blaming them we only had him for 9 days
I would leave 0 stars, but that’s not an option. I bought my daughter a Syrian hamster. I laughed and joked when I first saw him that he looked drunk. Little did I know at the time, it was a sign of neurological problems. I only know now after doing research and speaking with the sales associates at PetSmart.
