Great options for Danville. Could always be better though. Customer service is actually phenomenal every single time I go in, and I go often. They all know Ghost by name and treat him like their own. I saw the previous reviews and felt compelled to write one. I didn't get a dog until December of 17' so I can't speak for 2+ years ago, but they're awesome now!!
Lots of dog and cat foods and and other stuff but no live fish or animals. The new place around the corner on SS has fish, birds, reptiles, small animals, and lots of other cool pets and all kinds of feeders for everything imaginable.
Everyone is always super friendly and they have a great selection of natural pet foods. I have a very picky old dog and they have always given me good advice for different products to try when she is being especially difficult.
Brought my 52lb dog in to get groomed by Janet 1st time..cut was not short enough brought him back 3 weeks later which is not want i wanted to do..But we got it right the 2nd time with some conversation & pictures. He was the 1st app.because I do not want my dog caged..she did a great job on him..This was the first time I tried Pet Smart Grooming..there was no charge for the 2nd visit.. When I went to return an item today, the young man told me it was over thirty days. Yesterday was thirty days from the day of purchase. The total purchase was only $6.34. They didn't even offer me store credit. I will take my business to Pet Smart.
Last two times there had to ask to bring out stick. Also they don’t greet anymore. That was a nice touch
